#TestimonialTuesday: "This morning was a milestone day; I "graduated" from #HDPhysicalTherapy. In March I literally crawled in there, grasping a cane for support and in excruciating #pain, and now, almost 5 months later, going from 3 sessions a week to 2, and finally 1, they have set me free to conquer the world again. I still have some back and hip pain, but that's the job of the ortho and pain management doctors - these folks got me mobile again so I could fly to Florida twice, walk the beach in St. Augustine, do my New England road-trips, work in my garden, and hopefully get back to full time work! They sent me home with exercises to do on my own, many of which I'm already doing.
