Ed Gives a Talk at Iron Rail Gymnastics

He's at it again! Last night our Ed Harding gave a talk on preventing injuries to the Iron Rail Gymnastics' Intensive Training Week students! In his spare time, Ed owns and operates his own dojo out of Iron Rail in Wenham!
